HVO Fuel
Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO) is used to fuel Evolve collection vehicles and all vehicles will be converted to using HVO fuel in 2025.
HVO fuel reduces carbon emissions by 80% when compared to standard diesel. HVO is derived from renewable sources, such as waste oils, animal fats and plant oils, that would otherwise be discarded or not utilised.
Using these sources, HVO helps divert organic waste from landfills. This not only reduces methane emissions from decomposing waste but also contributes to more efficient resource use.
Smart Bins and Weighing
Enabling real-time tracking of waste, RFID smart tags and accurate weighing scales on all Evolve vehicles provides us with data to enable us to optimise collection routes and site service schedules, reducing fuel consumption and emissions associated with transportation.
Zero to Landfill
Our zero to landfill commitment highlights our dedication to transforming waste management practices into sustainable solutions.
We partner with disposal sites utilising state-of-the-art sorting technology and processing equipment, allowing us to maximise recovery rates and eradicate landfill contribution. With the integration of artificial intelligence and automated sorting systems, we enhance the accuracy of material separation while minimising contamination.

We launched Honest in 2022 out of frustration with the overwhelming number of products labeled as “sustainable” and “green,” only to discover they were nothing more than examples of greenwashing.
Honest is a unique brand offering a range of ‘truly sustainable products with an honest story.’ Every product in the range incorporates recycled materials and reflects Evolve’s core philosophy of “waste today, resource tomorrow.”
Honest’s first product, the Honest Bottle, is the first reusable bottle designed and made locally (UK) from post-consumer recycled single-use plastic bottles. Other products in the range includes notebooks made from recycled paper cups, coasters made from recycled coffee grounds and apparel made from recycled PET – all of which are customisable for brands.
Driven by a commitment to transparency and genuine sustainability, the Honest range turns discarded materials into high-quality, functional products that promote a circular economy and encourage responsible consumption.
